On Our Way

This past week found the guest bedroom piled with luggage and clothing. Oh what to pack??? Nonetheless we got everything in its right spot with room to spare and now we find ourselves on the big day filled with exuberance as the hours close in on departure. To contain my rising anticipation I thought I would make one last post before being airborne. Both Rick and I are really looking forward to fine wine and exquisite dining while in France. How can one not be excited about spending your first week in Bordeaux, the land of vineyards and vistas, strolls along the quays overlooking the Garonne, and infamous museums.
